• You only pay for the hours that the apprentice/trainee is at your workplace, TORGAS pays annual leave entitlements, sick pay, and for the time the apprentice is at TAFE.
•  We manage the government paperwork requirements for employing an apprentice or trainee saving you valuable time to focus on your core business activities.
•  We manager the selection and recruitment process by profiling candidates that best suit your business. You have the final say. 
• We manage the SRTO (Supervising Registered Training Organisation) training, which includes making all the off-the-job training bookings, managing training plans and monitoring training progression.
• We help you manage your cash flow and workflow by offering the flexibility in the hiring duration (from a few months to the duration of their apprenticeship or traineeship) freeing you from the worry of long-term contracts and offering permanent employment. 
• We manage the entire payroll service paying the apprentice or trainee on a weekly basis under the correct Award or Enterprise Agreement ensuring compliance with Fair Work Australia Legislation.
•  We issue you with one simple weekly invoice covering wages paid by TORGAS directly to the apprentices and trainees. For your convenience we have a simple direct debit system saving you time and money in mailing cheque payments. These costs are tax deductible.
• We provide you with your own Field Officer who is your one point of contact. TORGAS Field Officers monitors apprentices and trainees work performance and training to ensure successful progression through to completion of an apprenticeship or traineeship. 
• We provide mentoring support to help the apprentice or trainee manage any career or personal problems. 
• We maintain all the Apprentice and Trainee records in a confidential and secure manner. 
• TORGAS is the legal employer - apprentices and trainees are directly indentured through TORGAS, which minimises the risk to the host business.
