I first heard about completing a School Based Traineeship at school and decided to follow up on it. Sixteen months later I have successfully completed Certificate II in Hospitality Operations and am extremely glad I found out more about it. We have been working with TORGAS over the past five years. Over this period I have had some fanastic success stories with three school based trainees now still with Reading Cinemas in management roles and have a great career ahead of them.
